Gyromitra

      This gyromitra has a hollow stem but that does not mean it is safe to eat.  Some types of Gyromitra are very poisonous.  Buyers purchased gyromitra for export where it was used in/for rocket fuel.  I do not recommend that any person eat something that may build up toxins in the liver and in the future cause problems.  http://botit.botany.wisc.edu/toms_fungi/may2002.html
